Program Details:

We're thrilled to team up with the United Way of Greater Chattanooga to bring an amazing opportunity to outstanding middle schoolers! Get ready for the Boost Program, a super fun adventure that will brighten up your students Saturdays, not just once, but twice a month!

The Boost Program offers students the opportunity to apply for one semester of programming. The Fall semester of 2023 (August, September, and October) and the Winter/Spring semester of 2024 (February, March, and April), we've got a jam-packed schedule of exciting activities lined up just for your student!

Are there some extracurricular activities your student has been dying to try but haven't had the chance? Well, fret no more! The Boost Program is here to provide your student with the extra assistance and support they need to conquer their challenges and make the most of every moment. With our fantastic team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, registered nurses, licensed counselors, direct care support professionals, and more, we've got all the help your student could ever ask for!

So, get your student ready to have a blast, make new friends, and create unforgettable memories with the Boost Program. It's going to be an adventure like no other!

Commitments to Consider Before Applying:

  • Families/Caretakers must commit to one semester (6 sessions) and plan to have their student attend all sessions.

  • Families/Caretakers must complete surveys and follow up with school or therapists to complete surveys.

  • Families/Caretakers must complete all required counseling documentation and interviews.

  • Families/Caretakes will work with the team to provide interests of their student and goals for student.

Student Application Qualifications:

  • Students between the ages of 11 to 14 years of age.

  • Students who are considered medically complex or have behavioral needs that require one on one assistance and/or a healthcare professional to guide learning.

Program Costs:

  • only $15 for each Saturday session- first session is free. Total for all six sessions = $75

Additional Program Details

Location: Sessions will be at White Oak United Methodist Church in Red Bank

Days and Times: 2 Saturdays a month from 10am to 2pm (Please bring a sack lunch, water, & preferred snack)

  • 2023 Fall Semester (August, September, October) - application deadline July 31st
